Terms of service agreement
This agreement is between Djeli (Consultant) and Client named on this form.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Consultation fee will be prepaid in full, payable by credit/debit card prior to the scheduled appointment time. If Client books an appointment before making payment, the booking may be cancelled within 24 hours if payment is not received.
Client maintains the right to cancel payment and receive a refund within 24 hours of payment, prior to the scheduled consultation session. Cancellation must be done in writing by email to: djeli@sacredcentervt.org or via booking page.
No refunds will be issued after the 24 - hour grace period or after the scheduled consultation time, even if Client is a No Show.
Consultation sessions will be conducted via (phone, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or in person) as agreed by Consultant and Client. Consultant will initiate the call with Client at the scheduled time. If Client does not respond within ten (10) minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled. If Client is late, the session may last only until the appointed end time.
Confidentiality
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between Consultant and Client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. However, please be aware that the Consultant - Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection under any legally recognized privilege. The Consultant agrees not to disclose any personal indentifying information (PIN) pertaining to the Client without the Client's written consent.

Client understands and agrees that consultations are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals. Client will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business or other matters. Client understands that all decisions in these areas are made at their own discretion and acknowledge that any actions undertaken as a result of the consultation are their sole responsibility.
